Since asking Michael Dresser to "have a look at our computers" all my anxiety about not being able to manage their erratic behaviour has vanished. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is having trouble with their computer or who just wants it checked over. He works very hard, is polite and understanding when the point of his explanation has to be repeated and charges very reasonable fees.

I was extremely impressed with the prompt and professional service that Michael provided. My home visit was arranged at a convenient time and all queries were answered in jargon-free language. As my laptop is used for my business, the work was carried out over a weekend to cause minimal disruption.
