Thirsk Home IT Solutions was started in October 2009 by Michael Dresser.

Michael currently works full time as a software developer for a local company here in Thirsk. Since entering the IT industry Michael has strived to further his knowledge by not only developing his programming skills, but by also branching out into PC repairs and maintenance which eventually led to the creation of Thirsk Home IT Solutions. Michael has a great deal of experience with windows operating systems including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows Vista and more recently Windows 7.

Michael continues to build on this experience and knowledge by spending many hours reading and researching the latest technologies and methods in order to sit the latest certifications so as to provide the best possible service.

Thirsk Home IT Solutions prides itself on its fast, friendly service. We endeavour to provide expert computer repairs and services to Thirsk and the surrounding area, always going that bit further to ensure our customers are happy with the service that they have received.

Thirsk Home IT Solutions is registered with Microsoft TechNet. This allows us to evaluate Microsoft software without time constraints in order to best advise our clients on their software needs. This also provides us with an additional technical resource should we ever need it.
